Growing up on a banana farm in the coastal tropics of Innisfail in North Queensland, was a stark contrast to then living and working in the NW region of Queensland for over 18 years. I now call Townsville home, and work throughout regional Australia for commissioned projects.

I have developed a special interest in industrial and mining photography and have always loved doing aerial photography with the incredible perspective it offers.

With 15 years experience as a geologist in underground mining and exploration, it’s fair to say that I feel more at ease in steel caps than stilettos.

I have a strong appreciation for all safety aspects when working on any work site – not only for myself but for those working around me. When photographing in mining and industrial environments, I understand the importance of working efficiently to minimise any downtime in production. Timelapse photography has been introduced to the business in the last few years and I thoroughly enjoy working with clients to document their projects over time.

My natural affinity to people and nature is also reflected in my portraiture, capturing an earthy, natural style.

Apart from my love of photography, my family time is very precious, and in my spare time I love to run. Parkrun is one of my favourite times of the week! I believe in making the most of every day.
