I haven’t spent a lot of time photographing birds, however, I found myself somewhat hooked on watching and waiting on the most patient and persistent birds I’d ever seen on a trip back to Innisfail earlier this year.  A pair of Sea Ospreys were diligently protecting their nest in waiting for the arrival of their chicks and then during the early days of feeding and protection of the little birds.  I managed to capture just a couple of pics of the birds and gained a real sense of what ‘parenthood’ for birds is all about.  I’ve added a few scenic shots from the same trip back home.
