Thanks to Garricks Camera House (Domain Central, Townsville) and Canon Collective (Greg & Colin) for the great day of inspiration and fun exploring all things ‘photographic’ on Townsville’s beautiful Magnetic Island as part of Canon Collective’s North Queensland Road Trip.  The day was a bit of magical mystery photographic tour…swimming with underwater cameras, sightseeing, spotting koalas in the wild, feeding the rock wallabies, taking in the amazing scenery, and embracing all there is to love on a tropical island paradise.  I got to try out a couple of lens and fell in love with the 100-400mm….. insanely sharp (my Christmas list has just been started!).  I thought I’d share a few of the pics from the day.
